Unauthenticated order-key disclosure via unchecked AJAX action
Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026
Missing authorization in PayPlus Payment Gateway before 8.2.2 allows remote attackers to disclose WooCommerce order keys via AJAX. The unauthenticated complete_order action accepts an arbitrary sequential order ID and returns its secret key without checking order ownership. A storefront nonce is sufficient; orders with stored successful PayPlus responses can also be moved to the configured success status.
