Stored XSS via inline-served SVG uploads

Stored XSS in WPXPO WowAddons before 1.6.15 allows remote attackers to run script in another user's session through an uploaded SVG. The unauthenticated /wp-json/prad/upload-file route accepts SVG content, stores it under the web root, and serves it inline without an attachment disposition or content security policy. A published addon block must expose the nonce, and script execution occurs only after a shopper completes the upload flow and a victim, including an administrator, opens the stored file.
