Authenticated code execution via incomplete import blocklist
Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026
Code injection in IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute Python code during component validation. The code security scanner omits socket and urllib from DANGEROUS_IMPORTS, so module-level network calls run server-side while validation returns validated true. An authenticated component submission can access cloud metadata, container files, and internal Docker-network services with the server process's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=1.0.0 <=1.10.0
