Unauthenticated code execution via Bash environment variables

OS command injection in IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.1 allows remote attackers to execute code without authentication. The MCP stdio launcher in src/lfx/src/lfx/base/mcp/util.py filters inherited environment variables with a blocklist that omits SHELLOPTS, BASHOPTS, and PS4 before starting a shell. A network-reachable MCP configuration path is sufficient to run arbitrary commands with the Langflow service process's privileges.
