Code execution via PixarLog output-size mismatch

Heap buffer overflow in libtiff on Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows local users to execute code via a crafted PixarLog TIFF image. The PixarLogDecode path asks horizontalAccumulate8abgr to emit four bytes per three-sample pixel, but advances and sizes the caller buffer for only three bytes. Reachability requires an application that explicitly selects PIXARLOGDATAFMT_8BITABGR, processes three-sample PixarLog data, and accepts the crafted image; standard TIFFReadRGBAImage use is not directly affected.
