Information disclosure and crash via undersized NAL units

Out-of-bounds read in Red Hat Enterprise Linux GStreamer packages allows attackers to disclose heap data or crash media applications. The H.264 NAL parser accepts an MVC or SVC slice whose payload equals its extension-header size, then reads one byte beyond the heap allocation. Exploitation requires crafted H.264 content to reach a consuming application; the bounded effects are heap-byte disclosure, parser corruption, or a crash.
