Admin command execution via unsanitized DNS addresses

OS command injection in GeoVision GV-I/O Box 4E 2.09 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through DNS settings. The CNetSetObj::m_F_n_Set_DNS_Addr function inserts attacker-controlled dns1 and dns2 strings into shell commands with sprintf and passes them to system without sanitization. High-privilege access to DVRSearch or Network.cgi is required; injected input then executes with the calling service's operating-system privileges.
