Unauthenticated RCE via Bash arithmetic expansion
Published Jan 29, 2026 · Updated Jan 29, 2026
Code injection in Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile 12.7.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands without authentication. The map-appstore-url and map-aft-store-url Bash RewriteMap scripts place request-derived values into arithmetic expressions, where command substitution in a crafted URL path is evaluated by the shell. Network access to the affected web endpoint is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants command execution on the EPMM appliance.
