Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped form_title

Stored XSS in miniOrange Employee Directory 1.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via form_title. The search_employee_directory shortcode passes the form_title attribute to its search handler without sufficient sanitization and output escaping, causing saved page content to render attacker-controlled markup. Contributor-level access is required to save the shortcode, and the script runs in a visitor's browser whenever the injected page is opened.
