Crash via dangling RASC move-table pointer

Use-after-free in Red Hat RHEL AI 3.4 and RHOAI 2.25, 3.3, and 3.4 allows attackers to crash FFmpeg via a crafted RASC AVI file. In decode_move(), a type-0 move entry reallocates the delta buffer after a GetByteContext points into it, leaving later reads directed at freed heap memory. A user must open or play the file; the demonstrated consequence is a decoder crash, while ordinary glibc behavior depends on heap reuse.
