Victim session takeover via SAML assertion replay

Authentication bypass in affected Grafana Enterprise releases allows remote attackers to gain a victim session via SAML assertion replay. The SAML response path skips InResponseTo validation whenever allow_idp_initiated is enabled, including for service-provider-initiated logins. Exploitation requires the nondefault setting and a captured valid signed assertion; successful replay creates a session as the asserted user.
