Crash via unchecked PTP message type

Out-of-bounds read in PTP parsing in Zephyr RTOS before 4.4.2 allows adjacent attackers to crash the system via crafted PTP packets. ptp_msg_post_recv() uses the 4-bit on-wire type from ptp_msg_type() as an index into the 14-entry msg_size[] table without rejecting values 0xE and 0xF, then reuses the out-of-bounds value as the TLV length budget. Exposure requires CONFIG_PTP on a node that accepts PTP over the local link; the demonstrated outcome is a fault or crash, while further memory corruption depends on adjacent build-specific data that attackers cannot control.
