Database disclosure via unescaped book_id SQL injection
Published Jul 13, 2026 · Updated Jul 13, 2026
SQL injection in Online Web Tutor Library Management System before 3.5.8 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary database data. The self-checkout AJAX handler decodes the attacker-controlled book_id value and inserts it into a SQL statement without sanitization or escaping. Anonymous visitors can obtain the public portal nonce and use blind or error-based queries to disclose WordPress account names and password hashes.
