Stack disclosure and crash via unchecked quote scan

Out-of-bounds access in Zephyr RTOS before 4.4.2 allows adjacent attackers to crash the modem RX thread via crafted WNC-M14A2A %NOTIFYEV: events. In on_cmd_socknotifyev(), the driver linearizes a modem response into a 40-byte stack buffer, but scans for quote delimiters using the full frame length instead of the returned out_len, then can NUL-terminate at value[p2] after reading past value[39]. Reachability requires control of network-derived modem notifications, such as from a rogue cellular base station or compromised modem; published analysis shows stack disclosure and a crash path, but not reliable code execution.
