Cross-product content disclosure via unscoped repository lookup

Missing authorization in Red Hat Satellite 6 allows remote authenticated users to disclose cross-product content existence through its upload API. The ContentUploadsController loads a caller-supplied repository without applying its editable scope, so response behavior reveals matching Pulp content outside authorized products. Product-filtered edit_products permission is required; the flaw reveals existence only and does not modify, import, or publish content.
