Authenticated attachment theft via unchecked reply IDs

Insecure direct object reference in SupportCandy 3.4.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to steal ticket attachments. The add_reply function trusts IDs in description_attachments without verifying ownership, then associates those files with the attacker's ticket and removes them from the original ticket. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the bounded impact is unauthorized attachment disclosure and reassignment, not broader account or code access.
