Unauthenticated account takeover via public auto-login handler

Authentication bypass in Happy Coders OTP Login for WooCommerce before 2.8 allows remote attackers to take over WordPress accounts. The public hcotp_auto_login_user AJAX handler accepts a supplied user_login identifier and establishes an authenticated session without confirming that any OTP verification handler succeeded. Anonymous visitors can obtain its nonce from front-end pages; a matching identifier yields that user's privileges, including Administrator access, while an unknown identifier creates a new account.
