Unauthenticated code execution via unchecked IP-field copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in GeoVision GV-I/O Box 4E 2.09 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted UDP request. DVRSearch copies the attacker-controlled network-configuration IP string into reply_buf at offset 36 using its unchecked length as the memcpy size. The service runs by default on UDP port 10001 without authentication, so network reachability is sufficient to crash the process or redirect execution.
