CVE-2026-1248Network attack vector

Authenticated database-structure disclosure via error messages

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

Information disclosure in affected IBM Business Automation Workflow releases allows remote authenticated users to read database structure details. IBM states that application error messages expose database structure information but has not identified the request path, handler, or failing database operation that generates them. The gate is low-privileged authenticated network access, and the reported consequence is exposure of database structure rather than database contents.
