Site-isolation bypass via crafted PDF
Published Jun 17, 2026 · Updated Jun 17, 2026
Site-isolation bypass in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.155 allows remote attackers with a compromised renderer to cross site boundaries. File System Access applies insufficient policy enforcement to crafted PDF content, but the restricted Chromium issue does not disclose the faulty function or condition. Exploitation requires prior renderer compromise and user interaction with the PDF; no browser-sandbox escape or service interruption is reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
