Universal script injection via cross-world SerialPort cache

Universal cross-site scripting in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.155 allows remote attackers to inject scripts or HTML through a crafted page. Serial's per-frame cache reused SerialPort and WritableStream objects across V8 execution worlds, letting the page retrieve an extension-world pending abort promise and pollute its prototype. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page while an isolated extension world holds the affected Serial promise; impact is limited to script or HTML injection in the browser context.
