Post modification via missing AJAX nonce validation
Published Jul 16, 2026 · Updated Jul 16, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in PluginOps Landing Page Builder 1.5.3.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify WordPress posts. The ulpb_admin_ajax handler accepts the wp_ajax_ulpb_admin_data request without valid nonce verification, then creates or updates arbitrary posts and writes ULPB_DATA post meta under the victim's session. Exploitation requires an editor or administrator to follow a crafted link while authenticated; the capability check inherits that user's cookies, limiting impact to post and plugin-data changes.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
