Credential phishing via unrestricted post-login redirect

Open redirect in The Qt Company Axivion Suite allows attackers to send authenticated users to external sites through crafted login links. The Dashboard OAuth/OIDC login flow accepts a post-authentication redirect destination without restricting it to the application's own origin. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the attacker-supplied link and complete authentication, enabling phishing for credentials or second factors.
