Unauthenticated database writes via hardcoded telemetry credentials

Hardcoded credentials in Text to Speech - TTSWP 1.9.8 and earlier allow remote attackers to write to the vendor's external telemetry database. The Mementor_TTS_Remote_Telemetry class embeds decodable MySQL credentials in plugin code distributed to WordPress sites, exposing a shared database account to anyone who retrieves the code. No authentication or interaction is required to recover the credentials, and the exposed account grants unauthorized write access to telemetry data.
