Browser script execution via unchecked global JavaScript setting
Published Feb 11, 2026 · Updated Feb 11, 2026
Stored XSS in Beaver Builder Page Builder 2.10.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through Global Settings. The save_global_settings() function lacks a capability check and stores the untrusted js parameter without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires Custom-level access or higher plus Beaver Builder permission; injected scripts execute when a user opens an affected page.
