Freed-memory access via valid GPU operations

Use-after-free in Arm Bifrost, Valhall, and 5th Gen GPU Kernel Drivers allows local users to access previously freed memory. Valid GPU memory-processing operations can reach memory after the driver has freed it, but Arm has not disclosed the responsible function or lifetime error. A local non-privileged process must be able to submit otherwise valid GPU work; the documented consequence is freed-memory access, not a confirmed privilege gain or system crash.
