CVE-2026-12250

Domain credential disclosure via visible process arguments

Published Jul 5, 2026 · Updated Jul 5, 2026

Sensitive information exposure in Pardus Domain Joiner 0.5.2 through 0.5.3 allows local users to read domain credentials. The join and leave actions supplied passwords as process command-line arguments, making the secrets visible through Linux process inspection interfaces. A low-privileged local session and a concurrent user-triggered domain operation are required; the exposure does not interrupt service.
