Trust store poisoning via plaintext CA certificate fetch

Trust store poisoning in Canonical ADSys 0.13.0 through 0.16.2 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept TLS traffic. The cert_enroll function in gp_cert_auto_enroll_ext.py fetches the AD CS root certificate over plaintext HTTP and installs the returned certificate in the system trust store. Exploitation requires network position between the Ubuntu host and its configured AD CS CA during auto-enrollment; the rogue root enables persistent decryption or alteration of TLS connections using the operating system trust store.
