Authenticated command execution via diagnostic Time parameter

Command injection in Yealink SIP-T46U 108.86.0.118 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via crafted diagnostic requests. The Web FastCGI Service passes the attacker-controlled Time argument from /api/diagnosis/start to mod_diagnose.CommandShellByType without comprehensive input validation. Valid web-interface credentials and network access are required; successful exploitation executes commands on the phone and can crash its web service.
