Administrator account takeover via cookie-reset OTP brute force

Authentication bypass in XootiX OTP Login & Register Woocommerce 2.7.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over accounts. process_otp_form keys its attempt counter to an attacker-controlled IP cookie, while a four-digit OTP is produced with PHP rand() and verified through unauthenticated AJAX actions. Exploitation requires a registered phone number; rotating the cookie permits repeated guesses and can yield an administrator session.
