SSRF via localhost prefix validation bypass

SSRF in Python UTCP 1.1.0 allows attackers to redirect GraphQL and WebSocket requests to attacker-controlled hosts. GraphQLCommunicationProtocol._enforce_https_or_localhost and WebSocketCallTemplate.validate_url accept crafted remote hostnames because they test URL prefixes instead of parsing and validating the actual host. Exploitation requires control over endpoint URL configuration and exposes authorization headers, API keys, and tool-call data.
