CVE-2026-12207Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated patient-record disclosure via unchecked ID

Published Jun 15, 2026 · Updated Jun 15, 2026

Improper access control in Medkey fc09b7ba9441ff590b72d428d5380834216b09ed allows remote authenticated users to read other patients' records. PatientController::actionGetPatientById passes the user-controlled ID directly to getPatientById and serializes the result without verifying record ownership or clinical authorization. Any valid application account can enumerate identifiers and disclose medical history, patient identity, and insurance-policy data belonging to other patients.
