Private post disclosure via unchecked AJAX post ID
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
IDOR in Sonaar Music MP3 Audio Player 4.0 through 5.10 allows remote attackers to read private WordPress posts via AJAX. The unauthenticated load_track_note_ajax handler passes a user-controlled post-id to get_post() and returns post_content without checking publication status or read permission. Exploitation requires a valid plugin nonce and a private post identifier; the consequence is limited to unauthorized disclosure of post content.
