Authenticated root command execution via unquoted firmware URL

Command injection in GL.iNet GL-MT3000 firmware 4.4.0 through 4.4.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The upgrade RPC handler inserts params.url into an unquoted shell command passed to os.execute, while one_click_upgrade also expands an unquoted firmware path. Access requires an authenticated router session; shell metacharacters in the URL execute before checksum failure stops the firmware flash.
