Authenticated root command execution via unsanitized countries input

Command injection in GL.iNet GL-MT3000 4.4.0 through 4.4.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The tor set_config RPC stores shell metacharacters from the countries array in UCI, and tor_on passes the value to replace_country for unsafe shell evaluation. A valid admin session and Tor enablement are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-selected commands with root privileges on the router.
