Queue manager crash via deeply nested TLS certificate

Denial of service in IBM MQ allows remote attackers with a trusted TLS client certificate to crash a queue manager during certificate processing. The TLS certificate-processing path fails to validate excessive nesting before traversing certificate data, consuming resources and potentially affecting memory contents. Exploitation requires a TLS-enabled queue manager to trust the presented client certificate; the established consequence is service interruption, while the nature of the possible memory effect is undisclosed.
