Arbitrary profile image deletion via unchecked user ID

An IDOR in UsersWP 1.2.63 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to permanently delete any user's avatar or banner image. The profile-image removal handler accepts the user_id parameter without verifying that the editor-level caller may alter that account, then clears avatar_thumb or banner_thumb in the uwp_usermeta table. Editor-level access is required, and the operation can affect arbitrary accounts, including administrators, but no broader account or site control is reported.
