SSH server impersonation via default-protocol scheme mismatch

Improper SSH host verification in curl 7.81.0 through 8.20.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to impersonate SFTP or SCP servers. The config2setopts tool path guesses a scheme for a schemeless URL instead of applying proto-default, so it skips CURLOPT_SSH_HOST_PUBLIC_KEY_SHA256 and CURLOPT_SSH_KNOWNHOSTS while libcurl still selects SSH. Exploitation requires a schemeless URL with --proto-default sftp or scp; the transfer proceeds without the requested host-key verification.
