Authenticated HTML injection via unsanitized SDK errors

HTML injection in pgAdmin 4 6.6 through 9.15 allows remote authenticated users to inject markup into the Cloud Wizard via SDK errors. Cloud endpoints returned attacker-influenced SDK and file errors unescaped in JSON, and FormFooterMessage parsed those values as HTML. Baseline exposure is self-targeted; cross-user delivery requires a CSRF primitive, and DOMPurify blocks the reported script payload.
