Heap corruption via Views use after free
Published Jun 11, 2026 · Updated Jun 11, 2026
Use after free in Views in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.115 on Windows allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via crafted HTML. The Views component accesses memory after its object has been freed, but Google keeps the affected object and triggering lifetime path undisclosed. A user must open the crafted page; public records establish heap corruption but do not establish code execution or a sandbox escape.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
