Sandbox escape via GPU use-after-free
Published Jun 11, 2026 · Updated Jun 11, 2026
Use-after-free in Google Chrome's GPU component before 149.0.7827.115 on Mac allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox via crafted HTML. The GPU component accesses an object after its lifetime has ended; Google has not disclosed the affected function or patch details. Exploitation requires a compromised renderer and user interaction with the crafted page, after which the attacker can cross the renderer sandbox boundary.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
