Unauthenticated content disclosure via incomplete REST guards

Missing authorization in miniOrange Page and Post Restriction 1.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read restricted content via REST. papr_restrict_page_post_rest_api() and papr_filter_posts() build protection from papr_get_restricted_posts_id(), which omits global privacy settings. Sites are exposed when global page or post restriction toggles are enabled, allowing unauthenticated retrieval of rendered published content intended only for logged-in users.
