Memory corruption via uninitialized RTSP bitrate

Uninitialized-value use in LIVE555 Streaming Media 2026.04.01 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory through RTSP requests. The OnDemandServerMediaSubsession::getStreamParameters path fails to initialize streamBitrate when stream-source creation returns null, then uses that value in a send-buffer resize calculation. The public demonstration used an RTSP server on Linux and showed uninitialized reads; code execution was not demonstrated.
