Stored XSS in SimplCommerce before commit 6142d3b5 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to run JavaScript in browsers. NewsItemApiController stores the ShortContent and FullContent fields without HTML sanitization, and views render them unencoded with @Html.Raw(). Administrator access is required to submit content, and execution occurs when another user views the stored news item.
