Local token disclosure via world-readable cache permissions

Incorrect default permissions in Kiro IDE before 0.11.133 allow local users to read authentication tokens from the cache file. On macOS and Linux, the application creates the authentication token cache with world-readable mode 0644 instead of owner-only mode 0600. Exploitation requires a multi-user host and local low-privileged access, and the disclosed consequence is token confidentiality loss rather than file modification or service interruption.
