Authenticated token disclosure via permissionless cache view

Improper authorization in MineAdmin 1.x and 2.x allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive Redis cache entries. The /system/cache/view endpoint accepts an ordinary user's bearer token but lacks the specific permission identifier needed to restrict cache-key access. An ordinary account can consequently retrieve administrator and user tokens or view scheduled-task data.
