Denial of service in IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty 17.0.0.3 through 26.0.0.7 allows remote attackers to exhaust server memory. The HTTP/2 request-processing path accepts a specially crafted request and consumes memory without an enforced limit; IBM has not disclosed a finer code locus or request structure. Exploitation requires HTTP/2 exposure with servlet-3.1, servlet-4.0, servlet-5.0, servlet-6.0, or servlet-6.1 enabled and interrupts service by consuming available memory.
