Stored XSS in LeadBI Plugin for WordPress 1.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through form_id. The leadbi_form shortcode handler fails to sanitize the form_id attribute and does not escape the user-supplied value when generating page output. Contributor-level access is required to save the malicious shortcode; the script runs in a visitor's browser when the injected page is viewed.
