Unauthenticated firewall bypass via spoofed proxy headers

IP spoofing in Squirrly Limited WP Ghost before 7.0.05 allows remote attackers to bypass brute-force and firewall protections. The getIp routine accepts CF-Connecting-IP and other proxy headers without proving that REMOTE_ADDR is a trusted proxy, and whitelistLevel then suppresses defenses for a hardcoded trusted range. An unauthenticated request can use 192.0.64.1 to evade lockout and firewall, threat-detection, URL-hiding, and pre-authentication checks when those protections are enabled.
