Sensitive data disclosure via XPath injection
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
XPath injection in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation Process Federation Server allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive data. IBM has not disclosed the affected endpoint, XPath expression, or the operation that incorporates attacker-controlled input into that expression. A valid application account and network access to the Process Federation Server REST service are required; exploitation discloses application data or reveals the XML document structure without changing data or interrupting service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=24.0.0 <=24.0.0 Interim Fix 009
